Miranda Writes is a design studio creating thoughtful, artful work for weddings, creative businesses, and live events.
The studio began with calligraphy and has grown into a broader design practice rooted in beautiful typography and hand-drawn details,.
Today, we offer custom wedding design, creative business branding, and live calligraphy experiences.
-
Wedding projects can include custom stationery, paper goods, day-of details, and wedding website design.
We love creating a cohesive visual language that carries from the first save-the-date all the way through the wedding day.
Depending on your project, this might include invitations, menus, place cards, signage, custom illustrations, monograms, and a custom-designed wedding website.
-
Not generally.
Calligraphy is where Miranda Writes began, and it remains an important part of our creative practice. Today, we reserve calligraphy for wedding projects we design, select creative collaborations, and live calligraphy experiences.
We don't currently offer standalone custom calligraphy or addressing-only services.
-
Miranda Writes does not currently accept one-off commissions for artwork or personal calligraphy projects, including custom canvases, Bible verses, diplomas, greeting cards, signs, or similar pieces.
Our work is focused on wedding design, creative business branding, and live calligraphy experiences, with calligraphy incorporated into projects that are part of the larger creative direction.
Thank you for understanding and for thinking of Miranda Writes for your project!
